Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email will contain your order details and estimated shipping time.

2. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through the carrier’s website.

3. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to the United States only at this time. 

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

4. Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at tylertumblers@gmail.com for assistance.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tylertumblers@gmail.com with your order number and a photo/ video of the item’s condition. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
